1. Do you deliver to other countries ?
Yes, we ship almost worldwide on request.
2. How expensive is a bank transfer from the EU ?
If you use our IBAN and BIC Codes for bank transfers it’s free. From outside the EU please ask your Bank.
3. How can I pay ?
To pay your order you have the following payment options: bank transfer, paypal, credit card (mastercard or visa), debit advice or sofortbanking. All payment options are naturally without charge!
4. How does paypal works ?
Just create an account at www.paypal.com and you can send money as simple as an email.
The payment will be immediately on our account, so we can ship your order immediately. For the payment please use the email adress paypal@departed.shop
5. My Shirt does not fit!
If you choose the wrong size or you are generally not satisfied with our products we will replace them or refund your money. Just send the item/s back to us with a short Info and
bank details if necessary.

6. How can I see my current order status ?
You can see the status under „MY ACCOUNT“ if you are logged in. As soon as the Status change, we will inform you automatically via e-Mail.
7. Do you offer C.O.D. service ?
This is unfortunately only possible for german customers.
8. How to act with vouchers ?
After you bought an voucher on our online store you`ll get an e-Mail for confirmation. After that you can handle free with your credit on your account (in the shopping Basket). You can either use the credit on your next order or send it as a gift to a friend.
